Palm RTD-Thermocouple Reference Publisher's Description

Palm RTD-TC Reference is a ready reckoner for Instrumentation Engineering professionals and other professionals involved with measurement of Temperature and Temperature sensors/transducers. It is not necessary to use Thermocouple/RTD tables to know corresponding output of any given sensor for particular temperature.

RTD has options for general and standard view.

Standard view option will calculate the temperature Vs resistance or resistance Vs temperature for given set of metals like nickel, platinum and copper. The various types of RTDs available in this option are Cu-100, Nickel-120, Nickel-640, Pt-100 and Pt-1000. Whereas in Thermocouple, Standard view option lists out a wide range of standard temperatures and their equivalent voltages. User can also input temperature and find out their equivalent voltage and vice versa operations too can be performed. The various types of Thermocouple available in this option are E,J,K,T.

General view option of RTD will be useful to know outputs for all metals by providing output at Zero degrees.

This utility will be of immense help to all Electrical, Instrumentation and Maintenance professionals for industrial applications.
